Heather Davis is the COO and partner at Carter Law Group — which basically means she’s the one holding the match, the extinguisher, and the to-do list while the room is on fire… and somehow still getting everyone where they need to be. She runs a law firm, raises three kids, manages a houseful of breathing creatures, and occasionally remembers to drink water — all with the unbothered energy of someone who’s already survived worse.
Heather is known for her signature blend of logistics, law, leadership, and “we’re not doing this nonsense today.” She turns chaos into systems, drama into strategy, and mom-life meltdowns into punchlines.
